1. Prospect Hill (Kuitpo Forest)
Prospect Hill MTB Trail Head is on Brookman Connor Rd, Kuitpo under 20kms and under 20mins drive from our store.
A more family friendly group of about half a dozen trails. Fairly easy trails mostly in pine forest with a few native forest tracks at the back and down the bottom. The ride back up to the trailhead at the main carpark is an easy pedal up a fire trail with a little single track towards the end.
A little bird told us that some trail maintenance and upgrades are not far off for this spot.

2. Kangarilla (Bone Gully Forest)
Kangarilla carpark is on Dashwood Gully Rd, Kangarilla about 18kms and 16mins drive from the store.
This is a more advanced, steep and fast spot with some good drops, jumps and a few road gaps. All the trails are in a fairly small valley a single fire trail up the middle with many pretty short, fast and super fun tracks on both sides. This one is not for the faint hearted but well worth a visit. This spot also gets some awesome mushrooms at the right time of year.

3. Eagle MTB Park
Eagle is on Mount Barker Rd (The old freeway) Leawood Gardens, not too far from Mount Lofty in the Adelaide Hills. Eagle MTB Park is only 12kms from the CBD and has hosted many national MTB events over the years. This place has something for everyone with 22kms of single trail, kids skills track, dirt jumps, downhill race track and plenty XC loops. It's pretty rocky and dusty here most of the year but lots of fun.

4. Fox Creek MTB Park
Fox Creek is between Cudlee Creek and Lenswood under an hour’s drive north in the Adelaide Hills. Cudlee Creek Forest (Fox Creek MTB Park) has been a destination for South Australian mountain bike riders since the early 1990s.
Fox has 2 carparks an Upper and a Lower, so you can end the day on a climb or the easy option a decent. It’s the easiest place in Adelaide to do shuttle runs and get some downhill fun. Fox now has a jump/skills park up at the top carpark with a kiosk and information centre to come soon.
There are plenty of good trails to choose from such as Allen Orange Whip, Blue Groove, Green Smoothy, Fox Fast, Patto’s Curse, Fox Bowl, Middle Earth and many more… Great place for beginners through to advanced riders. Most of our mates' favourite spot.

5. O’Halloran Hill MTB Trails
O’Halloran Hill (Glenthorne National Park — Ityamaiitpinna Yarta) Majors Rd, O'Halloran Hill is the youngest spot we have been riding at, that was established only about 5 years ago. Trails are about ½ an hour away from our shop heading north on the Sothern Expressway. There is 18 kms of Mountain Bike trails, the steeper parts of the park to provide some great though short downhill options, with trails ranging from easy through to intermediate and some advanced. Look for Fight Club, Shape Shifter Easy As, Blue Luge and Fifty Shades of Clay trails to get you started.
